Add logging to app startup to find flaky tests. We have something suspicious going on during application startup, per the associated bug. This will help track it down. Bug: 140556803 Test: atest SystemUITests Change-Id: Iac0b03bbaacf4f6991e9926709f4dd89177eb6c0
