Conslidate @MainHandler and similar to @Main (and similar).

@MainHandler, @MainLooper, @MainResources -> @Main
@BgHandler, @BgLooper -> @Background.

Also, move the providers for Handlers and Loopers into the
ConcurrencyModule.
