Fix date on devices in setup-buildbot-device.sh. Update date on device if the difference with host is more than one hour. Test: Set a bogus date on device, then run setup-buildbot-device.sh. Change-Id: I9f5a3acdf699c1d04c838c8b156f59bf0f2c5550
