Switch-interpreter: Add flatten attribute to handlers. Encourage the compiler to inline the methods a bit more. This speeds up the switch interpreter by about 1.5%. It adds 7k of code (arm64). Test: test.py -b -r --host --64 --interpreter Change-Id: I59729d73fc39d486ba988d6685b166fbdd9fe6dd
