ARM64: Make runtime invokes use InvokeRuntime().
This patch refactors all of the ARM64 Optimizing compiler runtime
invokes to use InvokeRuntime(). It also fixes some misuses of
RecordPcInfo().
Test: m test-art-target + Nexus 6 boot test
