Move more shared libraries for golem builds. Now that bionic is out of the ART tree, those shared libraries don't get built on /system. Copy them from the ART module. Test: build-art-target-golem for silvermont and run Change-Id: Ic8188a3f779409cd7e0b90eaa10446bf66c2baa0
