Add Runner for field-count agent
Add a python script capable of running the field-count agent across
all processes and collecting the results.
Test: m libfieldcounts; ./tools/jvmti-agents/count-fields.py 'Ljava/lang/Class;.extData:Ldalvik/system/ClassExt;'
