Rename Value::Unknown to Value::PureUnknown This matches the IsPureUnknown function and avoids confusion with the IsUnknown function which also checks for MergedUnknowns Test: ./test.py --host Change-Id: I1488d52dc36d79043588df76a95229e91e6b8716
