OMAPDSS: add OMAP_DISPLAY_TYPE_DVI Add new display bus type for DVI. This is not used by omapdss driver itself, but is used by external encoder chips that output DVI. Signed-off-by: Tomi Valkeinen <tomi.valkeinen@ti.com>
