V4L/DVB (9529): cx88: add a second PCI ID for ATI TV Wonder Pro

There's a second PCI identifier for the ATI TV WONDER PRO card
(0x1002:0x00f9).

Attached is a patch to kernel 2.6.27 that adds autodetection for this
version.
