Remove unused HDPU driver This driver seems to be specific to a "Sky CPU" board for which we don't appear to have upstream support (or not any more). No Kconfig file in the kernel ever enables it. So remove it. Signed-off-by: Benjamin Herrenschmidt <benh@kernel.crashing.org>
