USB: option: add Longcheer/Longsung vendor ID Longcheer is a Chinese company that manufactures the devices which a bunch of different companies like Alcatel, 4G Systems, and Mobidata rebrand. While I can't find Longcheer's USB ID registered anywhere, it's pretty clear the ID is theirs.
