xen/blkback: Add support for BLKIF_OP_FLUSH_DISKCACHE and drop BLKIF_OP_WRITE_BARRIER. We drop the support for 'feature-barrier' and add in the support for the 'feature-flush-cache' if the real backend storage supports flushing. Signed-off-by: Konrad Rzeszutek Wilk <konrad.wilk@oracle.com>
