ftrace: insert in the ftrace_preempt_disable()/enable() functions Impact: use new, consolidated APIs in ftrace plugins This patch replaces the schedule safe preempt disable code with the ftrace_preempt_disable() and ftrace_preempt_enable() safe functions.
