perf tools: Reconstruct hw cache event with modifiers from perf_event_attr

  [root@sandy ~]# perf record -a -e dTLB-load-misses:u usleep 1
[ perf record: Woken up 1 times to write data ]
  [ perf record: Captured and wrote 0.486 MB perf.data (~21216 samples) ]

Before:

  [root@sandy ~]# perf evlist
  dTLB-load-misses
  [root@sandy ~]#

After:

  [root@sandy ~]# perf evlist
  dTLB-load-misses:u
  [root@sandy ~]#

Ditto for other tools.
