[PARISC] Initialize serial spinlocks in superio.c git commit 976ecd12b8144d066a23fe97c6fbfc1ac8470af7 changed our locking characteristics, and put the onus of spin_lock_init on superio.c. Signed-off-by: Kyle McMartin <kyle@parisc-linux.org>
