irda: Remove IRDA_<TYPE> logging macros

And use the more common mechanisms directly.

Other miscellanea:

o Coalesce formats
o Add missing newlines
o Realign arguments
o Remove unnecessary OOM message logging as
there's a generic stack dump already on OOM.
