exynos: audiohal: Set usage and device for voip quad mic * Originally these were set after proxy created the stream, so proxy will never have the chance to enable quad mic during the creation. This set usage and route before proxy created the stream, so quad mic can be correctly enabled. Change-Id: I0f8f092778865940f80d23905ab393288567ad64
