gta4xl-common: update blobs from P610XXU2CUBB
* While we are already at it drop unused blobs
and unify proprietary-files{,-vendor}.txt
* Drop no longer needed libstagefright shim
* Cleanup manifest and make it match stock HAL
versions
* Update init.exynos9611.rc, this is required for
GPS and sensors with new blobs
