gta4xl-common: idc: Set S-Pen input device type to touchscreen This gets rid of the pen pointer, while, perhaps surprisingly, retaining all pen-specific functionality. This makes the pointer arrow override no longer necessary, so delete it as well. Change-Id: Ief9db9c7c9948bedcf5dd05d97e17859f1f0c4ac
