gta4xl-common: Set encryptable=userdata for external SD As much as I don't like the way adoptable storage works, it seems to at least not corrupt data every reboot like it does on 4.4 devices. Change-Id: I487c3d4cc0cc8993a342b52646a15dd45ed516ca
