gta4xl-common: Update blobs from P610XXU2EVG7 The Widevine DRM blobs are pinned to be kept the same, and also as they are in Samsung's P610XXU2EVE5 firmware, as for some reason, in the P610XXU2EVG7 firmware, despite it being newer, it has Widevine 1.3 blobs, rather than 1.4 blobs. Also, correct the comment for the MFC (Multi-Format Codec) firmware in proprietary-files.txt. Change-Id: Icfd9857d30c9f2e5868c59adffd1ff92780c8494
