RM6785: overlay: Enable sidefps performant auth by default This sets the new "touch to unlock anytime" feature on devices with side mounted fingerprint sensor, to on by default, as it was before qpr3. Change-Id: Ia63de646d4585b77b1883f8466f35ad6bdf9f953
